TPM2 focused entirely on closing the project, reviewing progress against objectives, and preparing the Final-Term Report. Was organized by Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Main focus:
- Partner arrivals and settling.
- Project Overview – recap of activities since the mid-term stage.
- Final-Term Report – First Draft
- Review of progress in all WPs (WP2, WP3, WP4, WP5).
- Identification of missing documents, data, and KPIs.
- Alignment of contributions from all partners for final reporting.
Outcome:
- Partners mapped the remaining work needed for the Final Report.
- Responsibilities were re-confirmed.
- Preparation for the detailed technical session on Day 2.
Partners worked collaboratively on:
- finalizing WP deliverables,
- checking KPIs and indicator tables,
- validating documentation for:
- Network (WP2),
- Learning Material (WP3),
- E-COOL Platform (WP4),
- Dissemination & Sustainability (WP5),
- correcting inconsistencies,
- preparing annexes for the Final Report.
